Hello!!

I hope you all enjoyed this full moon. I sure did. I felt very aligned and connected, it was great! Pisces season has been good to me.

We are now starting to wane! Time to release and shed, especially since we are approaching the end of winter.

When contemplating some things to release the biggest message I received was basically, shut up and listen.

If you know me, you know I can be a chatter box. You usually don’t have to ask me what’s going on in my life, I’ll just tell you. If there’s a moment of silence, I will definitely fill it and probably over share. I’m also someone who loves background noise! A tv show, a podcast, Music, tik toks, stories, audio books, etc.

There is something so special about silence. Taking a moment with just nothing going on in the background to really just listen and receive. Focusing on your breath, your heartbeat, birds chirping, and just being. Letting your thoughts flow and observing what comes up, checking in with your body and energy. What messages come through? I’ve found that having more moments of quiet through out the day has helped my overstimulation so so so much. As moms, we know children can be overstimulating, but they definitely aren’t the only overstimulating thing we have going on. If you are feeling overstimulated, I invite you to spend more of your downtime unplugged and without consuming media and see if it makes a difference.
