I'm always trying to find a balance between letting the storm be the storm and looking to feel better, or find the rainbow. Sometimes I gaslight myself into feeling a different way…. But sometimes things just suck and I just need to just let them suck for a minute.
It’s hard because I want to look for the magic, find the good, create better, always. And sometimes, if I don’t let myself just hate a situation for a second, it explodes out of me later.
What’s your favorite way to allow yourself to feel the heavier emotions instead of just pushing them aside?? Asking for myself 😂
