Waxing moon check in! How are your intentions going?? I’ve been working on allowing myself to relax, rest, and just be! So often when I have time to myself I've felt the need to do something productive clean, exercise, read, cook, socialize etc. I've been noticing too much of that leaves me feeling still tired and not fully replenished. Allowing myself more time to just rest.


Affirmations that have been helpful...


I believe I am worthy of ease, support, and nourishment.

I accept help.

I accept love.

I accept support.

I accept pleasure.

I accept nourishment.

I accept joy.

I move slowly.
