We made it through the first moon cycle of the year!!
We say goodbye to Aquarius and hello to Pisces. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m ready for the shift in energy!
As I reflected on this last moon cycle and thought of what my intentions should be for this new moon a couple words kept surfacing. Authenticity, intuition, and boundaries.
Pisces is a very intuitive emotional sign. This moon cycle I lean into that and trust my intuition. In this digital age we are bombarded with information, it’s hard to tell where your own opinions start. I will do this by setting intentions and boundaries before screen time especially. What do I want out of screen time? Relaxation, information, connection? I will stop once it is no longer serving me. This looks like unplugging if I’m starting to compare myself to others and doubting my choices.
Trusting your intuition leads to authenticity. This moon cycle I show up as my authentic self in all my interactions. I have a tendency to mold myself to fit into situations, but this leads to inauthentic connections. I will slow down and be mindful of what I am doing and saying when I am in social situations.
Pisces is empathetic a beautiful quality, but it can also lead to burn out if you always place others above yourself. I protect myself from this by holding firm boundaries. I remember it is my responsibility to commit to my boundaries when others push them. Instead of caving and then becoming resentful, I communicate clearly.
