New Moon in Aquarius

Writer's picture: Cindy DavisCindy Davis

We are saying goodbye to Capricorn season and hello to Aquarius.

During the suns time in Capricorn, I was focused on revamping systems to make my life more functional and my anxiety more manageable. As a first time mom, life can get really chaotic and Capricorn's diligent

energy helped me to get a bit more organized.

However, Capricorn also brings rigidity and perfectionism. A need to control inevitably leads to frustration. As both the sun and moon now enter inventive and eccentric Aquarius, my focus shifts to one of fluidity and creativity.

This looks like trusting the Universe when things don't go as I had envisioned, and learning to flow with it anyway. Developing the ability to lean into the experience with a light hearted curiosity.

I invite more play, creativity, and fun into my life. I take the time to do things that spark joy, even if it doesn't feel productive. This looks like reconnecting with the hobbies I enjoyed when I was younger, even if they are done imperfectly or make me feel silly. I plan on working on my sacral chakra through hip opening yoga, creative projects, and time near water. I will move with the moons building energy and share as I go along.
