Cancer Season 🦀🐚♋️

God, cancer energy is always tough for me 😂

My intentions with the new moon cycle were -finding balance between yin and Yang energies, especially in my relationship. -Patience and slowness in motherhood. -Making time for rest and mindfulness.

Mannnnnn, has this all ready been tested.

My baby has been sick for a week now and has needed me basically every minute of the day.

I’ve been a mother for a year now and it has been amazing.

Not in an everything is perfect and sunshine all the time way, but amazing in the same way you look at Mother Nature. The same feeling you get when you see a wild destructive storm, an intricate butterfly, or a vast mysterious ocean. When you’re kind of at a loss for words. That’s been motherhood.

Just a roller coaster. I’m learning to just breathe through the moments that feel so hard and let them pass. Surrender and realize sometimes all I can do is hold space.

So if anyone wants to pass along some words of encouragement, I’ll be here drinking lemon balm tea, holding a big chunk of unakite and petting my pet cat. 😂
